Passas Winery & Distillery – Wine & Tsipouro Tasting Experience

Visit Passas Winery & Distillery, a small family-owned winery and distillery located in Stavrochori, Xanthi, in the heart of the Nestos Valley. This tasting experience offers guests an introduction to our winery, our philosophy and the unique character of the region. During the visit, guests will learn how the Nestos River, the surrounding hills, the local microclimate and our vineyard practices influence the wines and spirits we produce. The experience includes a guided tour of the winery and the distillery, followed by a tasting of 3 selected products from our portfolio. Guests will have the opportunity to taste wines made from Greek and local varieties, as well as our bottled Passas Tsipouro, produced from the wine grape varieties of our estate. The tasting is accompanied by an individual platter with local flavours from the Nestos Valley and the wider Xanthi region. This experience is ideal for visitors who want to discover the connection between wine, tsipouro, terroir and local gastronomy in an authentic winery setting.
