Discover Passas Winery & Distillery, a small family-owned winery and distillery located in Stavrochori, Xanthi, in the heart of the Nestos Valley. This experience offers a deeper introduction to our estate, starting with a guided walk through the vineyard, where guests can learn about our grape varieties, vineyard practices and the influence of the Nestos River on the local microclimate. The visit continues with a guided tour of the winery and the distillery, where we explain the journey from grape to wine and from wine to tsipouro. Guests will taste 5 selected products from our portfolio, including wines made from Greek and local varieties, as well as our bottled Passas Tsipouro, produced from the wine grape varieties of our estate. The tasting is accompanied by an individual platter with local flavours from the Nestos Valley and the wider Xanthi region. This experience is ideal for visitors who want to enjoy a more complete connection with the land, the vineyard, the winery, the distillery and the local gastronomy of the region.
