Στην Οινοποιία Μανουσάκη η φιλοσοφία μας είναι απλή. Καλλιεργούμε προσεκτικά και οργανικά τα αμπέλια μας για να απορροφήσουν τα μοναδικά αρώματα και την ουσία του κρητικού τερουάρ, μεταφέροντάς στον επισκέπτη την Κρήτη με κάθε γουλιά κρασιού. Στην αυλή γευσιγνωσίας του οινοποιείου, στον Βατόλακκο Χανίων, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να δοκιμάσουν την πλήρη γκάμα κρασιών Nostos συνοδεία παξιμαδιών, εξαιρετικά παρθένου ελαιολάδου και άγριου θαλασσινού αλατιού – γεύσεις που εκφράζουν το αποτύπωμα της Κρητικής γης.
